Can I bring a friend?

Of course. A girl friend or sister. Please don't bring your mother and definitely not your father. We would all feel very uncomfortable. In some cases, a boy friend or husband is OK, too. Because of the mature nature of my work, children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the studio during a glamour shoot.

frequently asked questions

What about privacy in general?

The office is downstairs and the studio is upstairs and the door is locked. You have totally privacy. There is also a changing screen for you or you can use the bathroom.

Does there always have to be nudity?

Of course not. Stay within your own level of comfort. Many women just need professional shots for their acting or trade show comp cards. Many others just want mild glamour photographs for themselves or for their husbands or boyfriends. It's all up to you.

Who else is going to see these photographs?

No one. We have a model release/contract that states the limitations of this very private session. Again, you are in charge. The models you see on my site have signed releases giving me premission. Nothing can ruin a photographer's reputation faster than to cross a model.

What about copyrights to the photographs?

You paid for them, you own them. Some photographers keep the copyrights and actually charge you for prints or addition CDs. I don't. You will have a total and complete release to do whatever you want with them.

How do I receive my photographs?

On disc only. I don't offer prints to keep costs down.

How soon do I get my disc?

Usually within a week. When the shoot is wrapped up, I don't just hand it over and say goodbye. I want all my photographs of you to be as perfect as possible. I will spend another day working on your images to soften skin, remove blemishes, tuck in the tummy and do anything else that's necessary to make you look your best. I've worked with hundreds of beautiful young women over the years and there is no such thing as a perfect body. Everyone needs a line removed or bags under the eyes softened.

So you touch up photographs?

Yes, within reason. You looking your best makes me look good, too.

How long is a photo session?

I belong to you for the day. Generally, a session is 3 to 4 hours. It can go longer- nobody's watching a clock. Well, OK, I do want to go home and have dinner. Normally, a shoot starts at 1:00 PM and will last until 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM. Also, I will only schedule one shoot for that day- yours.

Do I have to be over 18 years old?

Yup. For a glamour shoot, oh yes, yes.

Many have never been to a professional photographer before and have no idea what to expect. Here's a few questions I am frequently asked. Feel free to email or call me with anything that's on your mind.

How long have you been doing this?

Probably longer than you've been alive. I did my first glamour video shoot in 1989, and started with photography shortly thereafter.

Do you do other types of photography?

No. This is my specialty.

A CHROMA-FOXED IMAGE

Can I model for you?

Sometimes I look for a new face. What I do then is Trade For Prints (TFP) or Trade For CD (TFC). You would get your photographs and I would post you on this site. Please understand, I only do that once in a while and if I'm looking to promote something new.
